By paying your invoice you agree to the following terms below. Down-payment is due at booking.  Final payment is due on or before wedding date. Sneak peek will not be delivered until invoice is paid in full.

Legal Terms

-FINAL IMAGE DELIVERY-

WEDDING GALLERY:

Sneak peek within 72hours/ Final gallery within 6-8 weeks  after wedding date

Photos will be delivered through email. You will receive a link and gallery password

-PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS-

PAYMENT:

50% of the final package investment is due at booking and the remaining balance is due on or before the wedding.

CANCELLATIONS:

In the event that the client cancels the wedding, the client agrees that the deposit if 50% of the total investment is non- refundable. Any additional money the client has paid to Murackulous Art & Photography (Murackulous Photography) will be refunded.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by:

1. Cash

2. Invoice/Card

3. Check written out to Murackulous Art & Photography LLC or Alyssa Murack

-PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION-

It is strongly recommended that the client schedules a pre-event consultation before the wedding date to finalize the wedding day timeline, shooting times, and locations. This meeting can be done over the phone or in person.

-DIGITAL IMAGES AND COPYRIGHTS-

The photographs or digital images created by Murackulous Art & Photography  (Murackulous Photography) are protected by the U.S. copyright laws (all rights reserved) and may not be produced in any manner without Alyssa Murack’s written permission. These photographs may not be sold for profit. These photographs may be used on personal websites or social media as long as copyright notice appears near the images stating that they were taken by Murackulous Photography.

-EXCLUSIVITY/ GUEST PHOTOGRAPHY-

It is understood that  Murackulous Art & Photography (Murackulous Photography) will act as the sole and exclusive wedding photographer. Alyssa reserved the right to bring one assistant. Guests are allowed to take photos at any point during the day, but it is the client’s responsibility that a guest will not get in the way of the exclusive photographer(s).

-MODEL RELEASE-

The client gives  Murackulous Art & Photography LLC (Murackulous Photography) the right to use and publish photographs of the client or photographs taken throughout the day for advertising or any other purpose or in any matter or medium. The client agrees that  Murackulous Art & Photography (Murackulous Photography) may display or use photographs taken from this event for advertising, website, internet promotion, or any other purpose through Murackulous Art & Photography (Murackulous Photography)

-NON- GUARANTEE-

Although Murackulous Art & Photography  (Murackulous Photography)  will do all that can be done to capture the events important and special moments during the wedding.  Murackulous Art & Photography (Murackulous Photography) cannot be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to guests or events out of the photographers control.
