Hi There!

First of all congratulations on your tiny new addition. Secondly, I would like to thank you for choosing me to photograph this special moment in your families life. I absolutely adore photographing newborns and the love that surrounds them. My goal is for you to love your your session experience and photographs that are taken. Please take a few moments to answer the questions below. This will help me know a little more about your family, your style, and wishes for your session.

When is your due date?

List names of all family members that will be photographed during your session. Please also add ages of siblings if any.

Tell me about your family. First child? 3rd child? Boy or girl? Or is it a surprise? Any information about your family will help me get to know you and plan for your session.
