Announcement sessions are a great way to share your new adventure with family and friends. Letter boards, ultrasound photos, baby shoes, and personalized onesies are just a few things that can be used to spill the beans about baby in a special way. Session includes poses of mama alone and/or poses of both parents together.

Maternity sessions

Maternity sessions are one of my absolute favorite things to photograph. These sessions are done outdoors but can be done in- studio if you wish. Maternity sessions are typically done within the last few months of pregnancy. Letter boards, ultrasound photos, baby shoes, personalized onesies, favorite stuffed animals, and books are just a few props that are fun to add into your maternity session. Sessions include photos of mama alone and/or photos of both parents together.

fresh 48 sessions
​
Fresh 48 sessions are for new families who want to capture the first 24-48 hours of baby’s life. These lifestyle sessions are perfect for remembering the beginning of your little ones life- earthside. This is not your traditional newborn session; no props or lighting. I will bring a few wraps and head-bows to pick from per request. Typically photos are of baby laying in nursery bed, or of new parents holding baby.

Newborn studio sessions
​
Newborn studio sessions are done in my in-home studio in Wauwatosa. These sessions should be done within the first 10 days after birth. This is usually the time when the baby is the sleepiest and as I like to call it the “squishiest” which makes for the best baby poses. I have many props, backdrops, wraps, and head-bows to choose from, no need to bring anything along, I have got you covered! Unless you have something special you want some photos of baby in. Please let me know what you are bringing or send me a photo so I can plan accordingly. We should have time for about 3 different swaddle set-ups, maybe more. A few family or sibling photos can also be taken during this time. Newborn sessions typically take about 2 hours but it all depends on your little one, they run the show!

Newborn lifestyle sessions
​
Newborn at-home lifestyle sessions are done in the comfort of your own home, usually in the living room, nursery, or parents bedroom, depending on which area of the home has the best natural light. These sessions should be done within the first 2 weeks after birth. I'll capture special moments with each family member and the baby, as well as the family all together. If siblings are involved, we usually take care of those photos first so that they can go and play during the rest of the session. There will also be time for photos of the baby alone. I take photos of babies swaddled or lightly covered with a blanket. Buckets, blankets & studio props can be brought per request.

*** PLEASE NOTE: If your home is on the darker side, meaning in- you need lights on in the afternoon, this session may not be a good choice and can affect the quality of your photographs. A video call walkthrough is required before booking. This helps me see the space and gives you a better idea of how photos will look in that space.
Newborn outdoor Family sessions
Newborn Outdoor Family Session
Family together highlighting your new addition & special moments with each family member and baby. If siblings are involved, we usually take care of those photos first so that they can go and play during the rest of the session. There will also be some time for photos of baby alone in basket or on a blanket depending on if baby is sleeping. I will provide wraps & blankets per request.

Milestone sessions

3MONTH, 6TH MONTH, OR 9MONTH SESSION
Little ones grow so fast! Milestone sessions are a great way to remember how much they change during their first year. These sessions can be done outdoor or in studio. If outdoor I will bring blankets and buckets that go with your childs outfit. Please send me a picture of what your child will be wearing so I can plan for which props to bring.

1st birthday portrait sessions and add on options
​
1st birthday sessions are super fun! I have a few different options and add ons available to make your little ones 1st birthday session unique and perfect for them. Simple portraits or a ONE- derful theme I would love to work with you to make your session extra special. ​
All 1st Birthday portrait sessions start at $225 for a half hour, no theme, one outfit session. I have a variety of props, stools, crates, blankets, and more in studio. Once I know what your little one is wearing I will put together a few options to use during their session. Sessions can be
outdoor at location of choice or in studio.

Add a cake smash...
Cake smashes are the best! Messy but super fun. Cake smash sessions can be simple with no theme or with a theme. If you have a theme you want for your session, themes must be discussed at least 2 weeks prior to your session in case supplies are needed to be purchased as an addition to your session fee. When we discuss your session in detail we will discuss what will need to be purchased and what I already have available that fits your theme.

Cake is not included, but I can give you information for a local mama who makes beautiful cakes that would love to make your vision come to life!

Add a milk bath...
Milk bath sessions are growing in popularity. These sessions are a fun way to get a few more adorable photos of your little one all while cleaning off the cake from their cake smash. 15 minute, outdoor or studio session. These sessions do not need to be just done during a cake smash. They are adorable for sitter sessions as well, 6months+
1st birthday portrait add on options

All 1st Birthday portrait sessions start at $225 for a half hour, no theme, one outfit session, but you can customize your session in a variety of ways.
